About The Owner
Deno Simpson founded Perseverance Transfer with a passion for “paying it forward.” His journey began when the company he started with took a chance on him by financing a truck and giving him the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. As a symbol of appreciation, “gratitude” is proudly displayed on the sleeper of the company’s flagship truck, paying homage to the company owner who gave him his start. Inspired by this act, Deno has made it his mission to offer opportunities to others. Over the years, he’s coached many new drivers, helping them build their own successful businesses while navigating the complexities of tax strategies
and business ownership.
With 24 years of driving experience and over 2 million safe miles, Deno understands the challenges his drivers face because he’s been in their seat. In 2010, he made history as the first rookie to win 1st place at the Spokane Transportation Club's Rodeo, and later secured 2nd place at the state level. His deep experience behind the wheel gives him a unique perspective as a leader and allows him to create a company culture that’s more like a family—one where drivers support each other and grow together.
Deno believes in clear communication and building strong relationships, as he knows that success in this industry is about people, not just logistics. His philosophy is simple: say what you’re going to do, and do what you said you would. This commitment to integrity and human connection is the foundation of Perseverance Transfer, and Deno is dedicated to keeping that small-family feel, no matter how much the company grows.
